This is literally the worst hospital I’ve been too. The service is BEYOND slow and anytime you try to ask for help, the attitudes from the staff are absurd. A hospital is a place that’s supposed to make people feel better, as staff your job is to service the patients, that’s what you get paid and signed up to do! My husband finally decided to leave and go to another emergency room after waiting 5 hours here. But I guess it’s a state hospital, what do you expect? 😂🤷🏻♀️
RecommendedI wanted to give a huge shout out to the wonderful staff on unit CA6 of the Cambridge Tower; specifically Geoff, Hannah, Maddie, Chase, Emily and Lawanda as well as the EEG techs. The care that they provided to our daughter the weekend of January 24-26, 2020 was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly caring, compassionate, kind, professional and knowledgeable.
