I've had 3 kids at KUMED and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Parking sucks.
All staff is great and makes every attempt to give good patient care. My problem is with lab testing procedure they have in place. They don't use phlebotomist to collect blood. The RN collects labs. They insert a peripheral Venous (IV). They use this access to pull blood to send for labs. Peripheral venous access blood cannot be drawn for lab tests.
