Very polite and professional
I was sent to urgent care because my Dr. could not see me until May...the ladies there took my blood pressure and a urine sample (I was recently diagnosed with CKD3 and relayed to my Dr. that I was having side pain) and explained to me/highlighted items on my urine lab that day. They reassured me (whereas my Dr. just said she did in the referral to a nephrologist, which she absolutely did not) and sent through a request for a new primary. Not happy. My daughter went in because he heel hurts. The doctor spent 60 seconds with us barely glanced at her foot and sent us for an x-ray. No information on what to do it if wasn't broken. I will be pay probably $300 for a 60 second look. If her foot hurts enough for me to take time off work then I expect a little bit of service or even a little care. Received nothing.
