They are now using AI to record and summarize discussions between doctors and patients. They are also using it to generate images that they have in their offices. I don't think it's too far to say they may be using it for other things too...

I established primary care last year with a provider who is very kind and compassionate. However, after requesting an appointment three times for a recurring illness, I learned there are no appointments available as they are all reserved for new patient intake. I had a septoplasty preformed here on August 11th, 2025, and cannot say enough good things about LMH's outpatient surgery center which is located at the west campus. The staff were all incredibly caring, and easy to work with, the facility was clean, and well organized. I would like to address my pre op nurse specifically, Alex calmed my nerves as it was the first time I had had any type of operation, while maintaining a pleasant, matter of fact atmosphere.

I've got my surgery scheduled, and I'm happy with the doctor. Their website refuses to acknowledge my insurance company when I try to get an estimate (my insurance says they've been talking to them), and there's no facility to send a message. I drive a semi as a team, driving the nights, so if they want a phone call, I get to give up my sleep before shepherding 82 feet and 40 tons down the road. Nice doctors, antiquarian communication.
