Dr Vopat and his nurse and staff are great, and have been nothing but good to me. Patient Relations called me in the middle of this. They did all they could. Dr.Rosenthal and his nurses are truly amazing! They really do care about their patients and will make sure your taken care of as soon as possible. I stayed over night tonight for surgery here, this has been my second time for surgery here and I’m never disappointed. The staff here is always checking up on you (without being too overbearing), their in your room within a couple minutes if not seconds to see what you need after pushing the call light, and I feel like home every time I’m here. The nurses at this facility are fabulous and the other staff members were all so kind. From pre-op to discharge I was taken care of flawlessly. I highly recommend this facility. It was spotless and beautiful. My room felt like I was in a hotel, not a hospital. Even the mattress was comfortable! 5 stars.
I had major surgery at the hospital yesterday and I can easily say this is the best hospital I have ever been to. All of the staff, doctors, and nurses are the absolute best. The hospital itself is beautiful, clean, and clearly made with patients in mind. I can't remember the names of the nurses I had yesterday but every single one of them deserves recognition for being stellar at their job. I felt so cared for. This is an amazing facility. The staff is awesome, friendly and caring of not only the patient but the family as well. We’ve been in several hospitals and have never felt more at home and taken care of as we did here. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!!
