I went to the U of A north hills clinic to meet with a Nurse Prac. I was billed a facility fee that my insurance did not cover. I called multiple times to dispute the fee. I was told the first time the fee would be removed. One month later, I was billed again. I am being charged more to see a nurse then a Doctor. I will never go back to this clinic again. This is poor business practice. If the fee is to be charged, a patient should know ahead of time.
