I was sent to the ER for a direct admission per my doctor. I waited and waited to no avail. I was told that I had a room but it was given to another patient. They say that this is the best hospital in the state but I don't agree. This hospital treats you , as if you're at Baptist Hospital on State Street. You try to ask questions and the nurses act like you're bothering them. The ER hasn't been in good standing since Dr Alan Jones left that department. After being transferred multiple times and given over six different phone numbers, I was feeling frustrated trying to get MyChart access linked for my son.
