This place is so great!! Every time I go into the store, everyone is so helpful and energetic. I would love to just go have some coffee and hang out with them while I look for my crystals!! Now due to the virus the store is only online purchases and I receive the same positive energy and promptness as if I was in the store. Thank you!!!
I just wanted to say that the customer service from this store is superb. Randi was so nice and she was really attentive. If I ever come down from Miami Florida I will come and visit and hopefully get to meet Randi ...thanks guys it really meant a lot to get such good service. I was recommended to UC by a friend of mine and found it completely delightful...in fact, blissful. Everyone there has such a loving peace about them that I instantly felt like I was "at home". The selection of retail products was vast. It was so much fun looking at all of the crystals, smelling the oils and flipping through their large book collection.
