Zachary creates such a calm and grounded atmosphere that it feels easy to open up and talk about deeper emotions and past experiences. I didn’t know anything about EMDR before seeing him, but it’s turned out to be incredibly helpful in easing my anxiety and working through some challenges I was facing at work.
Since I moved here to USA I was having some mood swings and missing home, getting really down. Zack helped me overcome it, of course I miss my home, but I have a new perspective of life since then.
I came to Zack for EMDR therapy to work through burnout from my executive role. He was extremely helpful. As a senior executive at a large organization, I often needed to adjust my schedule for travel or meetings, and with advance notice, Zack was always flexible. Our sessions were both useful and enlightening. He helped me navigate the stress of work and life, which led me to reconnect with and commit to the things that bring me joy.
