These people seem to be running a scam. They charge by the hour and simply arrange to have a handyman come over. The handyman has no idea what work he'll be doing because the company does not tell him. He simply shows up. In my case, I told them in advance when I set up the appointment that I would need my tub re-caulked and some simple drywall patching where furniture had rubbed up against walls. Like the other reviewer here, I had an appointment scheduled for today and got a call that they had to cancel since their worker didn't show up. I took the day off for this repair and they acted like that was no big deal. My time is money and as a professional person I can't just take days off when I would like. They need to hire reliable people to represent their company and not people who just don't show up to work.

Was a no-show on work – I will say that they came highly recommended by someone whose opinion I value, but they turned out to be a complete no-show on the job without even a call to notify. I called to find out about status and was informed that the person that was handling my job didn't show up to work and they didn't realize. This was critical for me as I had hired them to help as part of a move and was time-sensitive.

Turned out better than I imagined! – I started small with them. I gave them some small repairs here and there, adding four can lights on the ceiling, one dimmer on the wall, increased to a water heater replacement, then I built a back porch and deck, and then I hired them to do some bigger remodels. A VERY BAD COMPANY – I called to discuss the things I wanted to fix in my house and the guy over the phone ( the manager ) said that they'd be able to fix everything and that it would take them a couple of hours. The worker came and spent 7 hours! And not only didn't he finish the work, he was not experienced. He spent an hour on trying to fix a lock after which he said he couldn't do it. I've been using them, Never a problem. – I never had any major problem with them. I request, they do, I pay, no complaints. I call them back if there is a small hick-up or two, the bad part they still charge for the time. I ask, they do. I like they are no-nonsense. My tip: Describe the work very well over the phone, they send the right guy for the job only when I tell exactly what kind of work that is. Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Welder, Plaster guy, Drywall guy, wood refinisher, painter, that kind of specificity...

Ultimate HandyMan - Small Repairs – Very unhappy with them. What amounted to a at best one hour job costs me $299.00, to fix a lock on a bathroom door. Called the office and left a message for them to call me back, nothing; sent an email for them to call me back, nothing. I do not recommend them.

Roney Montiero and his teams in both his office and the field did a complex apartment remodel for me. The many aspects concluded excellently. They are more a construction company with a personal touch. They were very ingenuous! – I had a lot to be done in my house, but I am very distrustful of contractors. I hired these guys to repair some flooring because I thought they were only a handyman company, but after talking to the owner and looking them up online, I got a gut feeling and I decided to remodel my home.
