They were very competent with their work. They can do all around work. I hired them to replace the door jam in my apartment. They finished the work on time and did a great job in fixing it. Thanks for the wonderful service.

These people seem to be running a scam. They charge by the hour and simply arrange to have a handyman come over. The handyman has no idea what work he'll be doing because the company does not tell him. He simply shows up. In my case, I told them in advance when I set up the appointment that I would need my tub re-caulked and some simple drywall patching where furniture had rubbed up against walls. Like the other reviewer here, I had an appointment scheduled for today and got a call that they had to cancel since their worker didn't show up. I took the day off for this repair and they acted like that was no big deal. My time is money and as a professional person I can't just take days off when I would like. They need to hire reliable people to represent their company and not people who just don't show up to work.

I called The Ultimate Handyman and spoke with the manager a couple of weeks ago, explaining the need for a new door. We decided after consultation that I would order the door from Stock Building Supply (another great company) and Ultimate Handyman would pick up the door.
