We are second-time home buyers. When we were first time home buyers, the mortgage process was a nightmare. No one communicated anything to us or could explain things in a manner that "newbies" could understand. The Tyler Osby team, explained everything well. No question was a dumb question. Most importantly, they communicate in a timely manner. All emails were answered within the day, most of them, within an hour or two. Couldn't have been more happy! Thanks to everyone on the team!
Tyler and his team were great to work with. Throughout the home loan process they kept us updated on the progress of each step along the way to closing day. Every Friday Tyler's team would send out an email of important action items for the week and it really made sure that all of the necessary documents were to the correct parties on time. We would absolutely recommend working with Tyler to anyone looking for a mortgage.
