If you don't work with Tyler and his team, you are making buying a home way more difficult than it needs to be. They are extremely organized, efficient, and their response rate is ridiculous. I don't think I ever waited longer than 15 minutes to get a question answered, no matter what day or time. Everything was done as promised, on time (or ahead of schedule). I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone buying or refinancing a home.
Tyler's team was recommended to us and we're so glad we didn't go with anyone else. The process was easy and fast which was what we needed. The ability to do a lot of the process online was great with a new baby.
Tyler and his team did an outstanding job!! I cannot stress how great they did. Communication was amazing - I sent an email asking for an offer letter on a Friday evening and I had back at 11pm that same day. This is unheard of anywhere else! Everything really was on time, under budget and there were no surprises.

They were quick to get back to us if we had any questions, they did a lot of the paperwork upfront to avoid any hassles on the back-end, and I know they put in long hours making sure our home closed on time.
