Super nice property management team, answered all my questions, sadly the move in date didn't work, clean environment all around, great location, positive experience, highly recommend!
Lived there many years but things have started to go down hill in the last few. Poor water quality (sometimes comes out brown and yellow). Elevator is broken often. Sometimes they charge you double rent for the month. New management is very nitpicky and will harass you about the littlest things. I recommend living somewhere else. The headaches are not worth it.
Lovely place to live! Has a comfortable, cozy (almost wood-cabin) vibe. Prices have been reasonable for a 2 bed 2 bath. Front desk / email support is wonderful and very understanding. Small but clean outdoor pool in the summer with an indoor hot tub and gym. Quiet and respectful neighbors! Only disclaimer is that none of the doors are very wheelchair or bike-accessible due to the double-door lock to get in and out of the main entrances. Other than that, a lovely place to live!
If you’re considering living at Tuscany, understand this: they care more about protecting their income than protecting their residents. I lived here several years without issue — until I became the target of a stalker. And this wasn’t something that happened at a mall or a park. This person came directly to my apartment, to my physical living space, and the front office was fully aware of it. Advertises as a pet friendly complex but is not a pet friendly community. We had a dog who barked sometimes but not more than the average dog. He was always quiet during quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM. However, we received multiple complaints, multiple coming from our upstairs neighbor about the dog running around (during the day time). It got to the point where we worried about being evicted for having a dog that didn’t violate any part of our leasing contract.
