This place is a great way to spend an hour while in the middle keys. The staff is very informative and friendly. They teach you about the variety of turtles in the area and about their habitats. They also speak in detail about the dangers that humans impose on the turtles and the effects to their population. It’s a nice walk through the property and you are allowed to feed some turtles and look into many tanks where they live and or are being rehabilitated. They also have a nice gift shop.
Very interesting to see how they care for the turtles. Informative and fun. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
