Bummed...leaving town...stopped in...so excited...got turned away...no tours available...next time I'll know...so I left sorely disappointed...tours were booked for hours...we had to leave town...I bet it's wonderful...the rating was for my disappointment
Hands down the best part of our visit to Florida this past summer! Even though it rained the entire time we were there, the tour of the facility was amazing! We loved seeing firsthand the amount of time and care that goes in to saving the lives of injured sea turtles...and must see when you are near the keys!
After visiting I can see all the destruction that man can do to a turtle. It makes you realize how much more important it is to recycle and make sure that things do not go into our lakes and ocean! It was a great educational tour and experience
