I finished the core foundations online program a couple of weeks ago. I have 9 children, with one set of twins, so my body has been through a lot from pregnancies and poor posture while nursing and baby carrying. Amazing core rehab program. However, I was put off by the evangelism.
Things have already started changing and my tummy doesn't feel so "broken" anymore. Kelly has been a immeasurable help and encouragement! It's so nice having someone understand me finally after so many years of struggle. I'm pregnant now, and am loving the results. I can't wait to see what my recovery will look like after baby comes!
