Was walking thru the shopping centre plus entered many shops to assist with my child's first kindy shoes for school and was not greeted or assisted like I was assisted by these amazing staff at trybe's , they made my child feel so welcomed ,very happy I found this shop as it's a go to for all my children from this one experience... Awesome store
I would rarely review a retail store but this time I feel I had to because we had great customer service. We visited on busy Saturday morning yet the guy who served us came out of his way to make sure we get what we needed and suggested he order the size we wanted but wasn’t in store without extra charge. I just received the package only 2 days later. Last time I ordered kids shoes online from another shop it came after nearly 2 months
Great sales person and in store experience but I couldn’t help but notice I was overcharged at least $10. The shoe had a price tag saying it was $79.99 but has come down to $54.99 and the sale on that day was “take a further 20% off”. In the end I paid $10 more than the marked price tag. I feel disappointed that I was ripped off with this “sale” and that this was my first purchase with the business.
Today we visited The Trybe at Blacktown to purchase my toddler’s first pairs of shoes. We were served by Molly-Kate, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped measure my son up for shoes and was able to grab out all the pairs we requested. Despite being the only staff member on, she remained calm and composed while she served 4 customers at once and the phone rang. Bonus for us was the shoes were also on sale.
