As a business owner of 25 yrs, I am equipped to deal w difficult clienst but I wasn't expecting to have to be so patient with such a rude company. I called to discuss removing a broken PTAC unit in a workshop (and easily replacing with a new one being delivered) along with a damaged exterior door in same workshop, the woman gave me all sorts of grief.
