3rd time purchase! My first 2 times purchasing vehicles here was with Rick. He was awesome and EVERY Christmas he called to wish me a merry Christmas. I called looking for him, but he retired. I was bummed. HOWEVER, Chayce mihalicz came to the rescue! He spent so much time with us. We test drove a few vehicles. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY. SCAMMERS.So I bought my son a jeep from here. In 3 weeks of owning it he had some problems. 1. Two days of owning in the trunk latch was broken wouldn’t stay up. He used it once then it broke. 2. Starter went on in 3. Big coolent leak. 4 horn doesn’t work. I called them and asked if they would do anything and he told me well it’s wear a tear. Good afternoon, I bought my second vehicle at the truck store they were really easy to work with in finding a vehicle suitable for me, I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle I bought it had very low K’s for the year it came with an inspection a service sheet and all the materials I needed to feel comfortable and safe driving away from the lot I was able to take it on 2 separate test drives with Chayce he was a very good sales man he was honest which I don’t find a lot now a days he answered all the questions I had without... read more
Recently bought a car from The Truck Shop, the staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the car I purchased. They also went way above what was expected, even answering a phone call or two with a question after hours! We had some good laughs too 😊 I’d go back in a heartbeat if I required a vehicle in the future. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends! Well done Truck Shop….you did good!
