By far the worst customer service of any of the main vendors for old truck parts. Wished I had heeded the advice of so many on all the forums to avoid these guys, but their cheaper price on a 47-53 GMC speedometer enticed me. They sent me a defective Speedo, and refused to take responsibility for. Heads up. I bought a door latch for my 1950 truck from Truck shop at the Carlisle spring swap meet. After installing the latch I noticed that the outer door handle was 2" low, not horizontal. I took it back apart and found the square hole for the handle was much larger than the original causing it to droop. I called Truck Shop and dealt with Gil. He said to send the part back and I would receive a store credit. Return shipping was my expense since I bought it at a swap meet. Great customer service and quality parts ???????
