I stopped in for a short notice request to install tow lighting and a breakaway. We were travelling though and only in town for a short time. Rusty took one look at my tail lights and immediately knew why my wiring harness weren't working. He then worked us into the service lineup, so we would be able to get on the road without a delay. They did quality work for a reasonable rate. I walked away feeling like Rusty (and DFW TAA) genuinely cared about me as a customer. Charged me an extra half hour for labor ($75). Was not thrilled about that but otherwise they were helpful enough
