She came to my house told be the best way to "trim" my trees. She told me it would be done the way we discussed. When the workers showed up they only had minimal information. Well the next thing I know is half of my big gum tree is gone. When I questioned this he stopped. But the damage had already been done. The whole front of my tree is gone. This is the best tree trimming company, bar none! They have trimmed my oak, maple, avocado, and cherry laurel trees five times and always do a professional and excellent job of it. My yard looked better after they left than before because they raked up all the sticks and leaves in the area beneath where they had trimmed the trees, and they always check before leaving to be sure I am satisfied with the job they have done. I have two 40’ plus oak trees in my front and side yard. Hurricane is coming. Called last week. Here ontime. Trees thinned to be able to withstand the storm. Kim went out, did an estimate, and we confirmed the work to be done the day after we arrived to FL. I asked Kim for a very special request. This company is outstanding. From the certified arborist to the receptionist to the crew--all are congenial, informative, polite, friendly and professional.
