Nice staff, clean room, great location.
Great hotel close to everything
I wasn't expecting much for a Best Western but this one was impressive. Beds are clean. Carpets look like they're occasionally cleaned. They've got a crazy amount of car chargers in their lot. It's easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. For the price, it was really nice.
I'm so sick of this place! It used to be nice, but the last THREE TIMES in a row the pool and or hot tub DO NOT WORK! The last three times the hot tub was not working. This time the hot tub was not working and the pool was 67 DEGREES NOT HEATED as we were told it was heated and working! 😡 We were told the pool was 79 even after we told them it was cold and we wanted to leave. They said they would refund though. But we wasted soooo much time unpacking, packing, unpacking with changing etc. driving to a new place. Never takin... read more
