RecommendedI've used The Travel Center for a long time now. When friends or co-workers ask about travel, I just say, "call Kay or Rick, they'll handle it". They've planned great trips for us and they've gotten me out of a jam more than once!
This agency seems to have taken my mother out of her money! She had a trip scheduled for well in advance, May 10th and decided to cancel out in advance. This is not a last minute thing! The agency will not refund her $2,500. She is 85 years old and now with the corona virus thing going around, she doesn't feel safe to travel. I wouldn't use this agency for any travel in the future! They are trying to SCAM an 85 year old lady!
Exceptional Customer Service
I've worked with Jennifer a few times now at the Travel Center, she is helpful and patient! It's nice to be able to talk directly with a knowledgeable agent when making travel arrangements (vs. online). She booked my daughter and I a trip to Jamaica and was helpful in researching and making sure all our questions were answered regarding out of the country travel. Just returned from an Avalon Waterways cruise on the Seine River from Paris to Rouen France. What a wonderful experience. this was my wife and my first trip to Europe and our first river cruise. Avalon was a great host. Comfortable boat with friendly, professional crew. The scenery, weather and excursions were unforgettable. Thanks to Art Stenstrom and Travel Center staff. Highly recommended!
