My therapist, Alma Banks, is thoughtful, kind, proficient in multiple trauma based therapy techniques, and challenges me in ways I have not been challenged with prior therapists. Michael is one of the best therapists I’ve been to, and I’ve been to several over the years. I only had a few sessions with him, but he helped me immensely in a short period of time when I was dealing with acute ptsd. The whole practice is wonderful, the office staff is so helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for mental health care, especially trauma related care.
