I just finished the 6 week challenge and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a change. I would consider what I have done in the challenge a huge success. Losing 24.5 lbs is not just the positive but the process in how the program works is what gave me means to meet my goals and everyone that works at the transformation club. I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to help me and everyone accomplish our goals.

I have realized how stiff I am. The staff is really great at helping me find a way to do the exercises with my limited mobility. With bad knees..rotocuffs and vertigo it is a challenge. One I am willing to pursue to the best of my ability. I am gradually learning how to eat. This is a big deal for me. I love veggies. No problem there just remembering to eat regular. Signing up for the 6 week challenge at the Transformation Club is one of the best thing I did for myself. It completely changed my prospective of being healthy. This is the best place in the neighborhood to transform yourself into better you. They motivate, guide, and encourage each individual to achieve your goal. They are very knowledgeable.
