I just completed the 6 week 20lb challenge and I feel great! Although, I did not meet the 20lbs I changed my way of thinking towards working out and eating clean! This is truly a program that gets you to think of the big picture. One of the best parts of the club are the trainers! They keep you motivate with a feeling of friendship and not judgement! I am so happy that I took this challenge and feel so proud to step out of my comfort zone . Thank you 'The Transformation Club' for giving me and so many others the platform for losing ....noo, but regaining their inner strength, self confidence and stamina to perform and be healthy. The club is a place you can go and feel good about where you are at. The trainers encourage you to push yourself when they know you're ready for it. They also provide modifications if you're unable to perform the task. I will continue to workout at the club because IT WORKS!!!
Great place to workout. I will recommend to all who are looking to change their eating habits, loose weight and stay fit.
