The Training Station is without doubt my favorite gym! The kickboxing classes and boot camps are fun, challenging and gently encourages you to push harder. There is room for all levels and everyone is kind and supportive when your new.
The kick boxing class is a great work out with a mix of boxing, kicking and cardio work. I always leave the class feeling like a had a great workout. In the mixed martial arts class I am learning great technique and form. The instructors are extremely experienced and helpful. I would highly recommend their classes.

I truly enjoy coming here for the kickboxing class on Saturdays. I've tried all those other gyms and I am truly comfortable here where I never was at those places.

I never leave a class dissatisfied! I've tried quite a few different workouts and the kickboxing, TRX, and boot camps at TTS are, by far, the most effective and fun. You get to learn proper form as well!
