The Training Hall has a wonderful community; where everyone is friendly and full of highly motivated people training to be the best versions of themselves. Also, the owners of the training hall host fitness competitions from grip, strongman, and mas wreslting yearly. If you want to put your athleticism to the test. Lastly, it is definitely the place to get strong, big and functional strength!
If you like gains or lifting heavy, this is the best spot!! The trainers are of the highest caliber, and the mood is always extremely good. I love this place.
My boyfriend and I were in the area visiting family for the week and just happened to stumble upon this gym. We got a week pass and had an incredible time! The staff was super friendly and the facility had everything we needed to continue our training while away on vacation. The best part is that unlike a large commercial gym, the smaller atmosphere meant it felt more like home and there was no waiting around for equipment! We will definitely be back on our next visit.
Every other local gym is ruined for me. Come train here. Get strong.
Amazing gym, the people are awesome. Opened 24/7 with key fob access and plenty of equipment and weights for diverse workouts. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
