Unfortunately The quality of these homes are low. The neighborhood isn't really warm or welcoming. It's more about gossip and uppity individuals, thinking they're too good to speak to anyone. Most people just stay to themselves. The builders for this property just slapped it all together. The paint is cheap. The walls are cheap. Roof's are cheap. Electricity is faulty.
