I had lived here for the past 2 years. The leadership/management is nice and friendly. They offer many community events to allow residents to come out and get to know one another. The environment is peaceful, no unruly neighbors thus far. I have had only one maintenance issue and the issue was fixed within the same hour, I was very pleased.

If you look at the reviews and COMPLAINTS, its with PARKING and TOWING. Attaching the greedy towing company they used and the reviews of PAPA’s LOT LLC in Fort Worth. These are the companies that this apartment complex DO BUSINESS WITH. “Birds of same FEATHERS flock TOGETHER!”
The young lady at the front is very polite, inviting & informative! The apartment is nice, upgraded and spacious! The closets and bedroom are a good size. I like them alot but Ibwon't be choosing them because I'm looking for something cheaper but they are nice. It was refreshing to see because I've viewed some "interesting" properties and dealt with some "interesting" agents while apartment hunting. Keep up the good work.
I lived in this complex for around three years, and it was a wonderfully peaceful experience for both me and my pup. My apartment was brand new, as it had just been completed when I moved in. The maintenance team consistently met high standards, ensuring that everything was well taken care of. Overall, it was an stress-free living environment for me. I have to say, I really do miss Trails At Summer Creek.
