PLEASE beleive when the reviews saying that if you register your car as a visitor you WILL STILL get towed. Its ridiculious!!! If you are looking to move here and you have family over often or friends PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!!! Dont give these apartments the time of day OR your hard earned money. They dont care! DO NOT rent at this complex. This so called gated community has gates that are rarely operable. In addition it is NOT a safe neighborhood. My apt on the second level was broken into and everything of value was taken.
This apartment have allowed towing companies to tow REGISTERED VEHICLES on numerous occasions. The receptionist will often say, “oh even if it’s registered vehicle but not of the owner, you can’t park inside”. Yet they only have 4 spots outside where you can park. To retrieve the vehicle you’ll shell out $365…easy money eh. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COST! 🥸
DON’T PARK here or you will be towed. Worst place ever! They towed my car twice after I registered Online. when I came over to see my family. Sad part they act like it’s Nothing. Watch your back or you will lose your money to impounds!
Do not apply to live here, leasing agents JoAnna Rodriguez, was very unprofessional and VERY uncooperative. I’m not a resident here but through my experience I saw first hand what happens when a person is not willing to do her job! She never contacted me about further details pertaining to the status of my application, I constantly reached out to her for a week, just to be told that my application was denied for something small that could have been easily FIXED.
