I LOVE living here! It is quiet and friendly! It is not the newest set of apartments in the area and it doesn’t come with all of the amenities other apartments like valet trash. But, who really needs that anyway? It’s safe. The apartments are well-maintained and everyone is so, so kind and friendly. It’s a great place to call home!
Luis is a very professional and hardworking maintenance man in doing his job when he came to my apartment at 2108. Luis knew what he had to do when he came to help me and my husband to fix the washing machine in the laundry room. I and my husband will give 5 stars for Luis and his hard work in his job.
Post Move Out Update: (for people making a decision ) PROS: - Beautiful sidewalk trails with trees and foliage. Easy walk to Discovery Park (in winter lol). -The bathroom tub is huge -Going up the stairs was worth it for the amazing PORCH. BTW it has a storage closet!!! (I KNOW...) -Great Maintenence department -Nobody will steal your mail here. I once saw a neighbors package sit 4 days. - Management never complained about anything ridiculous like other complex's sometimes do (like porch shade). -They didnt steal my deposit!... read more
I moved in The Trails At San Tan July 1 of this year. It's been very pleasant. The leasing manager dani Was amazing!! She got us in, but no problem. She made sure all the boxes were checked. I highly recommend Danny she works with that positive mindset and very awesome. I love it here
