The maintenance crew is wonderful. I put in a service request because the blinds needed replacing in our master bedroom. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!! :)

I'm writing this review for a couple reasons. My husband and I are residents here at The Trails. We have lived here for going on 5 years now. We absolutely love it here. The grounds are well kept, and the office staff are very friendly and helpful... plus, our dog always looks forward to visiting the girls in the office for a daily for a treat. If you rent a garage here you can't use it for storage; you must park your car in it. That's unless you have ties to the ladies in the leasing office. Husband? Boyfriend? Then you can run a bike refurbishing business out of the garage; you are entitled to a water hose and everything--lucky him! Oh and his SUV can be parked out in the parking lot as well while the garage stores his business supplies. Garage 1 if anyone wants a restored bike.

I love the staff, location and the many enjoyable features and benefits available at this complex. However, there are quite a few things that need to be fixed and repaired, which hopefully should be done in the next day or two. As of Tuesday, the repairs were done in an extremely professional and capable manner, beyond expectation, very pleased.
