I went visit my son who lives here we are from Houma Louisiana . I love his place the community and everyone we're friendly the site is very awesome I love the maintance everything was most so nice & neat . The kids love the river walk pool and swim the hole time they were there . It's a must to visit my son again I also love that I was able to bring my yorkie and ya was pet friendly
I have lived here for almost 5 years now, I have never had any issues. Management has always been pleasant and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly (my ac has gone out twice after hours and was fixed within 2 hours of placing a call to after hours team)
This place is a Joke! My parents live there, and they have had so many issues since they moved in. I would make sure to think twice before moving in to these apartments. They live there not even two years and have been broken into three times. That is ridiculous and outrageous! They have had cash stolen, car stolen and broken into, and now electronics. The management and staff there is horrible and does not care about your safety. They do not have any type of security and these are suppose to be luxury apartments. This place... read more
