Excellent experience, great community
lived here for a little over 2 1/2 years. just moved out. we had a horrible experience with management and how they handled everything. finally towards the end Daisy the assistant manager took over most things. she is a delight compared to Ana. I could write a book on everything that went wrong or didnt get fixed etc.
I have been here for over a year, and I love the apartments. They are very quite and well maintained, not only does the apartment complex give back to the tenants, by hosting some type of event like snow cones for the kids, the staff is excellent as well.
Amazing apartment. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is second to none. The amenities are outstanding and they keep the complex updated.
Do not move here if you like to have running water. The water has been shut off for our side of the complex on 02/07/18, 03/09/18, 03/20/18, 05/16/18, 11/17/18, 12/20/18, 12/22/18. I understand things happen but I have never lived anywhere with this many plumbing issues. It’s ridiculous. Also don’t rent a washer and dryer from them. Our dryer keeps breaking and we have given up on getting them to fix it. We have had relaced at least 4 times. I lived in this community for 2 years. I will surely recommend anyone considering a community in this area or in an area near park and ride to downtown in 30 mins. Amenities are really good. Love the pool and tennis court. Gym is pretty decent for apartment gym. Locker for parcel pick up really helps.
