I lived at the Trails at Rock Creek for almost 10 years, never missed a rent payment, was a motto resident, never an issue with me at all. I paid $180,000.00 in rent payments during my time there, the facilities are very nice except the toilet developed this jelly like mold periodically even though I cleaned my toilet very often, I must say the current management in 2025 is horrible, very rude, cold blooded and uncaring.
