What happened to southern hospitality? I was visiting the neighborhood as my family has been considering moving to the neighborhood. I had been dragging my daughter along with me to check out the neighborhoods. She has been extremely hesitant to leave the only home she's ever known, but we need more space. Would leave zero stars if I could. The women working the amenity center have the nastiest disposition I have encountered. A few weeks ago there were signs saying all are welcome to the playground. My family went today and were talked to like the trash that rolled in. No, “I’m sorry for the confusion” or anything. Immediately we were pointed at and threatened with raised voices. Ridiculous. Unless you want and enjoy the big brother type HOA I would avoid this neighborhood at all cost. We live in trailmark and treat everyone w... read more
