I appreciate your honesty and integrity. You could have sold me a new hitch...I came prepared to pay for one...but you did your best to save me a lot of money, and managed to free it. We have purchased two trailers from The Trailer Specialist, a new Look enclosed trailer and a used Platinum living quarters horse trailer. They showed AMAZING customer service going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after having a minor glitch the day after purchasing our newest trailer.
