Got two roof racks from these guys, was told they were a finished product. Traveled all the way there and when the wife got back with them I was shocked. Nothing but scrap metal , one even still had it written on the cross bar. No hardware, no adjusting and welds were a mess. If it wasn't an hour and half away I would got right back in the car and returned them. They sure will never see me again.
We were looking around for a dump trailer and after searching online we kept going back to Trailer Depot. We decided to call them and had a chance to speak with Lesley who was very professional and her product knowledge exceeded our expectations. We ended up putting down a deposit on a 5 ton dump trailer and as promised it came in 3-4 weeks. We were very impressed with the quality of the product. We ordered a 76"x14' trailer with both the rear and side ramps on March 23, 2016. Lesley had stated at the time it would be a three week build. We received the trailer today (May 6, 2016). Needless to say, this was longer than the aforementioned three weeks. To be fair, when I called her two weeks back, I was told there had been an unforeseeable delay due to two dump trailers being an immediate demand, and we'd had to be bumped back a week in schedule.
