I chose this shop because of the positive review on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. I made a 6:15 appointment online with Rafael a week prior. Not only did they text and email you to remind you of your appointment, they also ask for a credit card in advance in case you don't show up. Well guess what? I got there a little early, and no one was at the shop when I got there. I went to the bar next door to ask, and they said the barbers come and go, but if I had an appointment they'd be here.
