Been here less than one month, already has issues with parking. Complained to office. Never cussed, raised voice or called anyone anything inappropriate. So manager complained back to my Leasing company, (it's a corporate apartment ) who contacted my company and I was told I was in trouble. Trade winds PM, told me that if there's not enough parking to go park in the street. Like everyone else said...RUN!!!!! The units have thrown-together walls and ceilings. You can hear everything. It sounds like project apartments. These people live in apartments as thought they are houses and have no consideration for their neighbors. The queer queen upstairs stomps around his apt ALL hrs of the day (7am, 5pm, 10pm, 1am, 3am, etc)....all during the week as well. great place for evacuees – If you like unsafe stay here you will love it. I have one hundred word to use, Loud, unsafe, unsafe, did I say unsafe, no parking, ra- traps all over, theft, break inns home invasions, crime, paper thin walls, spooky, is this the kind of place you want to live.
NOT SAFE HERE – Were do I start, well this week I got a notice from the Management that This complex has experienced Home Invasions, and they were working with Houston PD to solve, make sure to keep all doors and windows locked even when you are home. Walls paper thin, Big dogs roaming around, NO PARKING, they have less than half the space (UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A SPOT) than they do apts. The last place on earth – Cant wait to leave, don't make this mistake. There is a reason that no one stays to the next lease. They need new management, they change management companies but same folks. Construction is shoddy, but real problems are with management. This place cant even empty the garbage bins. You will really like the rodent traps located on every building...
Worst Place I Have Ever Lived – this community is full of loud trashy people who have no respect for each other. the apartments have paper thin walls and cheap kitchens and bathrooms. the slightly lower rent seemed worth it at the beginning but now i am ready to go crazy here and can't wait until my lease ends so i can get as far away from this *&%#@ hole as possible!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! – We were shown a great vacant apartment and told we would receive money off our first month but when we decided to rent, the apartment we had just been shown was suddenly "not available" They tried to get us to rent one sight unseen, stating it was exactly like the one we were shown, but we pressed them to let us view the actual one we would live in and it had no fireplace and dirty carpet with bad quality appliances.
