I went in July and the experience was good. The issue is that I have called and left multiple voicemails over the last month and I have not received one call back. I have a credit for another treatment that I would like to redeem. I was also inquiring about memberships. You would think this would warrant a returned call, but now.
Had one massage right when they opened and loved it so I bought a second credit which I have tried unsuccessfully for MONTHS to use. Same as everyone else, they allow me to book and then cancel the day before or the day of with various excuses. I've asked for a refund but am not holding my breath. It’s a scam! I scheduled an appointment and got multiple confirmation emails. I arrived there unable to find the entrance. I called the number listed in my email confirmation and someone in New York picked up and said the location was closed for maintenance. Why would they let me schedule an appointment then lol?! Normally I would understand but it looks like other people are having similar issues. Also they were posting before and after pics from their instagram as if they were open. So weird.
Exactly like other reviewers have said. They canceled my appoitnment twice (once due to the therapist needing to reschedule and the other they called me the night before and said it was an emergency with that location?). Offered me a refund. Still waiting to hear back on the status of my refund. No one answers texts, calls, and when I called the 202 # for DC, I apparently spoke to someone in NYC. I would stear clear of here. My next step is to contact the news because if there are that many of us, there is something here. ED... read more
