Had to change to 1 star. Been here about 6 months and i there are landscapers at 7 am like we all dont WORK and i also have a BABY, not sure what brainless employee sets that up, the houses were half ass designed and half ass built just to be done faster! Let’s have some common sense.
Been here for a few months, the parking is horrible and why is there landscapers and construction at 6AM?! VERY inconsiderate.
Really good for first time home buyers. The location is great, the community is nice and generally quiet, apart from construction noise. Quality of the homes isn't at the highest of standards. The insulation isn't great. Can clearly hear neighbors in bedrooms and living rooms, especially with bass heavy music. Also, cosmic items not cleaned up by home builder before moving in like drywall chips, paint scratches, etc. Only cosmetic though, anything functional was taken care of by the construction team. Well built homes in an area which is very close to many stores and restaurants.
Too expensive for the quality. They focus on building in such a short amount of time that they miss SO many important things in the house. Lived here for 6 months and our pipe is already leaking, electric ports don’t work, guest shower always leaking, paint that’s unfinished, OUR LIGHT SWITCH CAME OFF AND I CANNOT EVEN TURN THE LIGHT OFF?????? There’s so many problems that I’m so angry about. Seriously AVOID!! Counting down the days til I move because I’m leaving ASAP.
