Unsealed dangerous lead paint in all units, Black mold in bathroom and kitchen, property managers won't return calls, grounds are always covered in trash and lawn care is done by teenagers who have ran over packages, and damaged vehicles. This place was shut down due to lead paint making it inhabitable and it should of never reopened. Ps. I'm not from the area and was not aware of the lead paint upon moving in Dec. 2019. New management as of Oct. 2023 ("Professional" property solutions)
I lived there a few years ago and loved it! The grounds were kept very clean, and we had wonderful neighbors.The apts are very clean, and if I needed maintenance,they were at my apt within a reasonable time that day. The only reason I left was due to health issues and needed to be closer to UK hospital. I think most people have lived there for years. It's decent, the driveway is real narrow and some of the residents aren't very friendly, but for the most part it's quiet, not a lot of kids running around screaming and being a pain. But like everything else, it's not for everyone.
