I don't write reviews, but I wanted to share how well both my human and fur family have been treated at The Town Vets over the last two years. From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. Annamarie always gracefully listens and finds a scheduling solution; whether dealing with a tummy issue or an ear infection, we never have to wait a week to be seen. Absolutely amazing experience here today. Just adopted our dog and knew little about her medical background. They did a full exam on her, bloodwork and addressed an ear infection. They asked so many questions about her and even offered me water or coffee. They genuinely cared about her health and made it so easy on my dog. I would recommend them to anyone.
This vet has no privacy policy. They will share your records with anyone they please. Avoid at all costs.
The Town Vets are not my primary vet because I live in Philadelphia. They are, however, the primary office for my parents’ dog, and while I can’t speak for my parents, they’ve also shared nothing but positive experiences! I brought my own two dogs while I was visiting my family because they needed a vaccine for boarding that my primary vet doesn’t carry (influenza), so we presented for a quick vaccine visit.
