I HATE my high water bills each month!! The water is calculated based on property use.... NOT YOURS!!!
We have lived in all the upscale apartments in the area and this is by far our favorite. The staff has been amazing. As with every brand new apartment we have lived in, there are always things that need to be fixed or corrected. The office and maintenance team always make sure they address my needs quickly and have always gone out of their way to make it easy on me. I highly recommend it if your looking for a great place to live.
This place is built horribly. Every time you turn around there's something breaking or water leaking somewhere. The apartments look nice and the residents and office staff are pretty friendly but I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. The pool and the gym are probably the only good things about this complex
This place is a joke! Don't live here. Yea the place is nice but stuff gets broke when they have stuff to do when you're not home! Just because it's new, the shady people in the office ruin everything.

We toured Towers Woodland and were very impressed by the staff property and amenities .. So much that we signed an 18 month lease .. We found the staff to be friendly professional and knowledgeable .. And can't wait to move in to call Towers Woodland our home .. Hoping all construction will be finished soon as I believe when it is this will be a beautiful and peaceful vacation style complex .. 9 months into our lease .. apartment is beautiful .. everything else is pretty good .. but some neighbors are not .. they don't follo... read more
