10 emerson place – We lived in 10 Emerson for 2 years. First the positives: The location is great and the apartments are spacious. Maintenance is responsive. The downside is that the cost is very high for what you get. Unless you live in one of the new buildings there is nothing luxury about the units. They are old and poorly maintained. too expensive – Ive been there for a year now, This place gets sold to you as high class, the units are ok, well maintained and the view can be nice (if your lucky) but thats were it stops. The appartements feel like dorm rooms and lack any character. They are seriously overpriced and expect a significant increase in rent if your lease expires.
