I have been living in The Towers for one year. When I first moved in, I did not believe in the competance of the maintenance staff: however, there is a new maintenance guy named Nick, and I believe that he is a better fit for the job. All in all, The Towers Apartments is a decent place to live. There is always excitement when it come to the residents lifestyle.

All in all, The Towers Apartments is a decent place to live. There is always excitement when it come to the residents lifestyle.
Safe and clean. Handicap accessible features. Pleasant staff. Community activities. Close to shopping and worship.
Management sucks. Cottner realty should be checked closely to see if they can manage thier own houshold. It is Section 8 subsidized; but, I doubt if they would keep thier Section 8 contract after a close audit and thier is little maintenance, more than DIY.
