Where is Capt Department that I’ve ever had to stay at constant construction elevators only one works and that’s partially overpriced and horrible amenities.
The renovations they are doing are horrific to the tenants right now. The paint fumes and mold remediation are not only cumbersome but can cause serious health and breathing problems. The elevators never work. And the place is an absolute filth. DO NOT rent from these owners. They do not care about their tenants at all.
New management is great. Beautiful views. Great place in downtown to live.

If your going to do pest control do it right! Spray the empty apartments too, where does you think the bugs run to when you just spray the occupied one's, also spray the garbage shafts on all floors, every time I open the trash door, bugs run everywhere! All hallways have to be updated on emergency lighting as the stairways need this badly! When we have had a power outage the halls were dark on our floor and the stairways were barely lit, there is supposed to be a 90 minute back up on all emergency lighting systems, the curr... read more
