I ordered same day delivery for a graduation and was expecting a beautiful bouquet as pictured on the website. Unfortunately when we received the flower the night before it looked completely different. We ordered premium size and it looked way smaller than the picture. The bouquet included chrysanthemum (not shown in the picture), which has an unlucky meaning in our culture. Unfortunately dealing with a local neighborhood florist isn’t always your best choice I was in yesterday the place is limited with debris all over the floor preparing for the holiday it was Such a Messed that the employee working fell over the stuff litter all over the floor actually hurt her shoulder had to be helped up by other employees besides that I was overcharged $20 for something and didn’t realize till later when I got home the sticker inside said $39 and I was charged $59 at the register my second time back there I... read more
Words cannot express on how wonderful this place is. I had to go to a funeral for a dear friends farther who passed. I wanted flowers for mom the wife, not knowing what to get but the general man who came over said don’t we will make something beautiful and boy did they nailed it! Her mom Texted me right away raving on how beautiful the flowers were and so did she. I highly recommend this place not just flowers, balloons and keep sakes.
Total Event Florist not only creates the most beautiful artwork worthy floral arrangements, but their customer service is stellar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was in a bind and needed a priority delivery and the owner himself reached out to me to assist. They came through for me quickly, efficiently and above all else, the floral arrangements were stunning.
