I just had my hair restoration surgery last week and could not be happier with the experience thus far. Cory, Brian and the entire team were great to deal with from the initial consultation to the procedure. I am looking forward to seeing my results!
Very questionable on how this establishment receives a high rating the gentlemen I've dealt with was very agitated and not informative on the procedures they use and side effects I furthermore would advise ppl to explore their options and look elsewhere.
My son had an appt booked with the Toronto hair transplant clinic which he could not make. He called a day Befor (in the 24hr required notice) to reschedule and asked for the consultation and appt to be the same day. He paid a 150$ deposit. He was told he would receive an email with the available dates. A week and a half later no email was received. I had booked a appt for February 21and paid 150 deposit. The deposit states it is non refundable but in most cases that is usually so you don’t miss your appt or reschedule on time. I couldn’t make my appt so I called at 11:00 kk the 20th. I was told I would receive a list of dates to pick from by email. A week later I had still not received that list. My mom called for me as I was working and was told that I could come March 18 at 3:30 for consult and 7:30 for the appt. That wouldn’t work for me and they didn’t have a date ... read more
