I went to the clinic on March 2. I did not know what to expect. Any fears I had were assuaged by Brian, Doctor Cory, and Helen. They treated me with kindness. I especially appreciated Helen’s expertise as apart from a few pin pricks when the anesthetic was applied, I felt no pain (which I had feared) during the day long procedure. During my recovery over the next 10 days I felt fine. Any questions I had were promptly answered. After two weeks, hair started to grow on the transplanted area. A very positive experience!
Unreliable customer service, appointment booking has never been this ridiculous.
